How to listen

• On the welcome screen, choose HEAD (AirPods Pro or AirPods Max) or PHONE, then Begin.
• Look or tilt toward an edge to fade that place into the mix.
• Swipe along an edge to change the recording for that group.
• Double-tap to recenter. Swipe from the left edge to go back.

Motion permission

Field Sounds needs Motion & Fitness so your headphones or iPhone can steer the mix. If it’s denied: Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness → enable for Field Sounds.
